Hey there, I’m Haley!

I’m a Women’s Health and Weight Loss Dietitian.

My own complicated relationship with food motivated me to ditch my former practice and really focus on learning how my body worked, and what it really needed to function.

I want to show you what is really behind your unexplained symptoms, how to eat right for your unique body, and build a comfortable and healthy relationship with food.

Master Your Metabolism 

I’m mentoring a group of women who are all ready to take the next step to take control of their health and their lives. Master Your Metabolism is a 10 week group coaching program where we will cover a variety of topics to help you to ditch food guilt, gain confidence around your body and understand what your body actually needs to thrive. 

This program will help you to build the habits for long term health, no more quick fix diets.

What the program includes:

  • A preliminary HTMA test

  • 10 weekly modules 

  • Weekly coaching calls 

  • Private FB support group
